Best place in Yerington with the most amenities. Highly recommended....
Edit- after our 9 month stay here I can say that Irlene and Kelley, they're easily the best park managers I've ever dealt with. Fair with our cars, fair with our animals, fair all the way around. And they do events that include everybody. Heck I was in the light parade riding with them on my four wheeler wrapped in lights. What a memory and a great place to live.
Needed to quick stop for the night. Called 1.5 hrs before we arrived to see if they had a spot available. The manager Tony went out of his way to stay past hours of operation to make sure we can get some rest before we moved on. Park amenities are fine, but the 5 starts are toward the staff. Thanks, Tony! We would definitely stay again if we were passing through.
I called this Park initially out of desperation. I needed a place quickly for at least two weeks. I have four boys with special needs and small dogs. They need their dogs and they need a quiet park. Julie, the manager, allowed me to make last minute reservations in the pull thru sites at the front. It's a park behind which was to my benefit. They have a large laundromat with vending machines and change machines.
During our stay it was exceptionally hot and the laundromat was only a few sites down from us so we would go in there for a treat and to cool off. It always had reading material. The grass was always cut and clean. The dogs have a large area in the very back of the park. Ours didn't always make it there for duty, but we carried bags and lucky for us there are three large disposal areas along a dirt path to the side of the park. It was always clean.
We were stopped a few times by residents to chat or let their dog meet ours. They were all exceptionally friendly and two tried to help us find a place to rent in the area. We were never bothered! There are some exotic pets that were very quiet but if you kept your eyes open it was super fun to guess what you might see. Julie even helped me later and went beyond being friendly. These people are truly friendly and sincerely kind. We ended up staying about six weeks in a temporary spot but they were understanding and accommodating.
The museum on main street for the county is something worth seeing but you cannot beat the people.

LOVE IT!!!!!!! Needed a place to live. Contacted Julie she had a rental that I was able to rent. This place is quiet, clean and the neighbors are friendly. They have the cleanest laundry facilities. It's a wonderful place. The grounds are kept up and in an emergency it's easy to locate a helpful handyman.....
Used the laundry facilities while on a business trip in Yerington. Facilities were clean, in working order and efficient.
