LOVE IT!!!!!!! Needed a place to live .Contacted Julie she had a rental that I was able to rent. This place is quiet, clean and the neighbors are friendly. They have the cleanest laundry facilities. It's a wonderful place. The grounds are kept up and in an emergency it's easy to locate a helpful handyman.....

Best place in Yerington with the most amenities. Highly recommended.... Edit- after our 9 month stay here I can say that Irlene and Kelley, they're easily the best park managers I've ever dealt with. Fair with our cars, fair with our animals, fair all the way around. And they do events that include everybody. Heck I was in the light parade riding with them on my four wheeler wrapped in lights. What a memory and a great place to live.
